This past weekend I went to as much of the Bang on a Can marathon as I could, but jazz composer Darcy James Argue live-blogged the entire 27 hours   and took some terrific photos.

Believe me, if I hadn't had to attend a friend's "significant" birthday party on Sunday (arranged long ago), I would have!  As it turned out, I think I heard many of the better offerings, and miraculously missed a big technical glitch -- a power problem that caused a major delay -- completely...
