It's just been rereleased by Venezia as part of a 6 or 8 disc set (WTC & S&Ps for solo violin). You can order it from HMV Japan.

Incidentally, does anyone know if the Feinberg WTC are available anywhere?

It's available on the Classical Records label - saw it at ArkivMusic. I have it on a different label, so I have no idea of sound quality.
