Who, In Your Opinion Would be the Worst Country to Have as a Neighbour?

Australia
China
Iran
Israel
Russia
USA

A discussion in the pub tonight while watching the World Series brought up Cuba. One of the group stated that if Cuba did not have the USA as a near neighbour it could possibly be a better country than it is today. Conjecture I know and not the immediate point of this discussion. It made me think - you're small nation sitting near to a powerful one that that could roll in at any time and give you some serious grief. So I've limited this list of 'neighbours' to those who have a current track record of invading/annexing/etc their neighbours or even nations further away. This includes supposed 'peace keeping action separate from the UN.

Who, would you most hate to have as a neighbour in this regard. Please elaborate on your reasons. The poll is in alphabetical order. Feel free to add to the list.
Cheers

Could you please enlighten me as to what neighbour or nation further away did Australia invade/annex?

I think Israel probably has reason to complain about some of its neighbours.

Maybe I should have used the word incursion. Our last Prime Minister decided to takes us into both Iraq and Afghanistan.

I see your point. Still, so did a lot of countries, mine included. To equate this with China's invasion and annexation of Tibet or Russia's invasion of Georgia is exagerated, to say the least. I would trade our neighbourhood with Russia for one with Australia anytime.

None of these countries will invade anyone as long as they agree with them.
