I don't know what's fun in switching workspaces. (You probably won't get that unless you're familiar with a fairly recent Linux distro.)

I did it.    It would be more fun if I did it to someone else's computer when they're not looking.

So do it.  It scrolls down, just as if I pressed the down arrow without the ctr + alt.

I have XP, and just like Wendell's it just scrolls, but not for everybody apparently

I thought it depended on the graphics card. I once accidentely mashed this key and had to look up how to fix it with the screen upside down

Actually I think it did do something  Now Windows says my screen resolution is -1 X -1 pixels
