1912 - Rik Wouters "Het zotte geweld" . After attending a performance by Isadora Duncan, Wouters was inspired to make a sculpture of a dancing woman. Nel, his wife was the model. 
A litteral translation of the title would be "Crazy violence" - "Crazy joie de vivre" comes closer to Wouters' intentions.
