Title: Robert Starer - Basic Rhythmic Training

A friend of mine gave me Basic Rhythmic Training for Christmas.

I took it with my to my music lesson and my teacher loved it and said that it will really help.
Rhythm has been my bailiwick.

Has anyone used this book and what do you think?  Thanks :)
