That Fanfare is available on this OOP release (the same performance as the one YouTube posted—perhaps the only performance ever?):

Some of the material is used in Initiale, which AFAIK can only be found on the DVD of the opening concert of the Pierre Boulez Saal in Berlin (also on YouTube):
