A French Romantic Fugue!!?? That's rarer than hens teeth.

Is it from Bizet's symphony?

I think i gave it away when i said "French Composers". Yeah, it's the second movement of Bizet's "Roma" symphony in C major. Confusing eh? he has another symphony in C major, which is more well-known today, but the Roma symphony was in fact his first "Official" symphony.
