Another composer missing from the forum so far is the Slovakian composer Alexander Moyzes. Most well-known for 12 symphonies, all recorded for Marco Polo and subsequently reissued on Naxos a few years back.
Great Works!

The 7th Symphony, in memory of his daughter, is very moving and my favourite of his works. The slow movement is especially impressive. As with Suk's 'Asrael Symphony' it conveys a sense of struggling to accept an implacable fate.
