He was a composer from Netherland IMHO absolutely underrated this page gives more details about life and work:

Very prolific with 18 symphonies, 12 quartets, and much else.  Sadly, I've never heard of him.  Looks interesting enough to investigate.  Thanks for pointing him out.

Sadly his career was overshadowed by his better-known also musically talented brother Djik van Djyke
