Title: Buying classical music in Singapore-any help?
Post by: yashin on June 05, 2007, 05:43:31 AM
Anyone know of anywhere good to buy classical music in Singapore?  Especially interested in buying opera DVDs.  Any help?

What about online?  Seems like cheapest method is to buy from the U.S but they are a different region DVD.  I can play these on my DVD/Laptop but the not keen on spending so much money to get a different region.

Would buying from one of the Japanese online stores be any good?

(See this (http://www.good-music-guide.com/community/index.php/topic,1183.0.html) thread).

However, I have a feeling from past searches that their DVDs tend to be substantially more expensive than from Amazon, say, especially marketplace sellers. Some CDs are great value though.

Is Asia the same region as Europe? If so, you could order from there.
