Surely, the yummy parts.
Hoof soup is on, Dave!
:o
Oh, they're cleaned out carefully before they go into the stock pot!
I had pot roast last evening. Mmm.... One of my faves.

I hope you're kidding.

I only eat the wings. Same with angels.

I find that that also washes most of the flavor away. I soak them overnight in Newman's Own to make up for it.
I mix it with artificial sweetener and whisky in a little bowl and eat it with a spoon.
Oh, no ... hang on ...
No, that's extra-light Philadelphia cream cheese I do that with, not a cow. Sorry.
The whole thing starting with the head, bones included. ;D
I do not eat tongue or brains. My father's family are dairy farmers in Wisconsin; they eat everything. One thing that is truly delicious is home-canned beef. It is so tender and wonderful flavor. Dinty Moore cannot compare. My grandmother canned it every year and sent some to us here in Michigan.
None. The way they raise, slaughter and process beef these days clearly shows how disgusting it all is.

Then try Kobe beef. Those animals are killed tastefully, NPI.

Somehow reminds me of the gorgeous Plaid - Itsu video. It's basically about pigs, chicks and about what life is about ;)

I absolutely love tongue, especially in Mexican food. It's the only food you can eat that can taste you back.
I don't see oxtail on the poster!
