Yay, I have a soft spot for that one because it's the only of the middle tracks on Reign in Blood that I ever retain any memory of - the rest are a blur.

It's quite bouncy, jolly stuff by modern standards. Just book-end it with a few baroque arias and everything will be dandy :-3

Slayer are the trademark band for well-heeled teenagers in a rebellious kind of mood to call 'hardcore', mildly shocking in the early 80s mostly because they were more or less the first band of this sort to succeed in the mainstream scene.

In fact, speaking of reaching for the garlic, and just for Elgarian's delectation (and education!), here's another, British, 80s vintage act ranking far higher than any American effort in my estimate, if still very primitive compared to what the mid-90s gave us:
