Title: Another Classical Tune From A Movie
Post by: Phaota on March 14, 2010, 11:14:02 AM
Hope someone here can help me out in identifying this classical tune.  I know it is one of Haydn's Quartet chamber music pieces, but not which one.  The audio is from the classic 1984 film, Footloose.  Thanks for the help.

So, no one has been able to ID it?  Too bad, was really hoping to track down the full version for my soundtrack.

It's from opus 20, a set of 6 string quartets called "Sun Quartets".

String Quartet No. 27 in D major, Op. 20, No. 4, Hob.III:34: II. Un poco adagio e affettuoso
