Title: Hahn playing themes from Ives Violin sonatas

So there are 4 traditional themes, I can't figure out themes 1 and 4.

2 is Jesus loves me and 3 is Battle Cry of Freedom. I can hum 4 in my head, but I can't place it.

Ives' Piano Trio is also a great piece , I've seen people leave at the sound of a rag'd version of 'At the River', a hymn usually associated now with funerals.
