I thought I ate too slowly. Then, over the summer, I dated a girl who literally took one bite every 3 minutes. I tried to eat slowly, but at the end of my meal, when my food was lukewarm at best, she was just halfway through an ordinary-size salmon filet. She got a to-go box a half-hour later, when it was fully dark outside and I had finished another drink. She had only eaten half the meal. Now that was eating too slowly.

I can see why that didn't last. ;)
