Very nice that your ears picked up on the dance music!

I do not recognize it: maybe the composer of the cartoon's music created it, rather than using something by a composer from the 1700's.  If you can find the credits to the cartoon, they could provide a clue.  Usually the credits are found at the end, but I see that the YouTube version has cut them out. Perhaps a website for the cartoon has  the information.

It's by a composer named Muffat (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hu5Q6kexkFw). I did not know it either, but my smartphone has an application called "Shazam" which listens to music and identifies the name!

Alas, the program has a limitation when people are talking during the music - it doesn't know that the narrator is not part of the song, so it searches for songs which contain people talking.
