It's Schubert's Divertissement à l'hongroise D818. No idea who the pianists are.

Love that piece! One of my 3 favorite Schubert piano duets. Of course, I have no idea who the pianists are, but numerous good recordings are available, like Tal/Groethuysen and Jando/Prunyi.
