However, there may not be three Ns in a row.
Peter Mennin is the only one I can think of off hand and he is not really a favourite.
Henning.

No blame to you, dear fellow :)
Helmut Lachenmann, probably

Lachnenmann is my number one
Henning is my other number one

These polls are just getting ridiculous now.

It took you this long to notice?
Well, a poll for which Henning is a plausible response has clearly stepped over a line 8)

But I'm sure the original poster had you in mind.

It was a kindness, of course. I am sorry to see that this gesture, meant for a kindness, provoked an accusation of
ridiculousness.
Where I come from, it is poor form to contemn kindness as
ridiculous.

Continuing in this vein:
Wangnner
Chnopinn
Schoennenberg
Menndelssohn (that's almost legitimate!)
Tchnaikovskinny
Schnumann
Nonono (and his even more emphatic cousin Nonononono)
Why am I even doing this? ;D
(Edited to conform to the all-important rules.)
Paavo Heininen (I don't know his music).
Among Dutch composers I can only find one: Marius Monnikendam (1896-1977)

My apologies - how could I have made this oversight?

Zennlinsky and Nielsenn are no match for Henning.
Haven't heard or seen a note of Pekka Hannikainen's (1854-1924) music.
I was going to start a poll on composers with 4 A's in their last names. Then I realised that maybe Rautavaara is the only one?

Not even he (I make that 5 0:) )
nVarèsenn
nnessiaen
nnendelssohn
Franco Mannino, perhaps, as he's one I have recordings of (a violin concerto and one for 3 violins (on Melodiya 562297 LP, for the curious). You didn't say only four "a"'s so Rautavaara is correct there.
Peter Mennin or Kurt Kennan, Jannequin, Clément or Lindpaintner, Peter Joseph von are other choices. While scrolling through my database I did notice the composer with three 'v''s in his surname.
