Luc Brewaeys last years were overshadowed by cancer....
He is propably our most outspoken "spectralist", great sense of orchestral colour, a refined taste for poetry....

A lovely person left us far too soon...

Very sad to hear this. Far too young. :(
I love spectralism so I'm looking forward to hearing his work sooner or later!
Thank you for remembering him, I've played the work you posted and it caught my ear. Now listening to Talisker (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CDkZ6TdHHQ) and enjoying it tremendously. Sad to learn about an artist through his departure, glad that I did learn about him.
I highly recommend the portrait album on Megadisc ("An Introduction To..."), available on spotify and elsewhere. Sad to hear of his death

I'd stumbled on to his
Talisker -- yup, youtube -- it is brief, but I enjoyed it a lot and
the work stuck in memory after having heard it, which is always a very telling thing. If any of the other works are of the same merit, you are in for some good stuff.
