yes -- I've had the pleasure of viewing this before, and I've had the greater pleasure of attending a Hamelin recital live (most notably, he played some Liszt opera transcriptions and 9 Chopin-Godowsky etudes).

And yes, the cadenza is very cool!

I'm watching it right now...embedded in this thread.

BTW, I have all the videos from this recital, a documentary on Hamelin called "Supervurtioso" and another concert where he plays Alkan's concerto for solo piano if anyone has a good hosting site recommendation. It came with a bunch of cziffra videos and some other classics. It took me like a month to download them via bittorrent.
