Well beside Philippe Rogier a Fifth generation Franco-Flemish Missa Domine Dominus on ricercar.
I will explore two new name I,m not familiar whit Franco-Flemish of second generation Johannes Prioris and Johannes Regis. Did not heard about them yet, I'm so exited !!!
Max Reger--specifically his organ works. I received the huge set on Naxos as a Christmas gift last year. (I bought a couple of these individually before receiving the set). Obviously very heavy and dense works, so I am wondering how to go about this--what order specifically I should listen in.
There's a few Renaissance composers I'd like to explore in more depth: Walter Frye, & Guillaume Dufay. I would like to explore the English madrigalists as well after having read some interesting things about that school of music, but I don't know where to start.

Cool started whit Tallis Scholars English madrigals and tthe album The Triumphs of Oriana
I might spend more focused time listening to Charles Ives.
Definitely Castelnuovo-Tedesco and also Shebalin (whose symphonies I already admire greatly).
