What a coinkidink.  I was listening to Schwanda earlier, which has a famous Polka:

In this area of the US you can turn on the radio and get your fill of polkas (Tejano).

Just listened today to Smetana's String Quartet #1 "From my Life", which has the à la Polka second movement.

Other than that, does that movement with the accordion in Tchaikovsky's 2nd orchestral suite count?

Any Polka-Masur specifically designated as such by the composer will do.

For the purpose of this thread, any other Polka specifically designated as such by the composer will do.

Since I'm a great fan of the Strauss Family, I've always liked polka very much.
About polka-mazur, some of my favourites are:

Johann Strauss II:

Spleen op. 197

Lob der Frauen op. 315
Ein Herz, ein Sinn! op. 323
Sonnenblume op. 459

Josef Strauss:
Die Libelle op. 204
Die Schwätzerin op. 144

Just to be precise, Cesar, that is a polka-schnell, a wonderful piece anyway.
