Has anybody noticed this: a wonderful digital realisation by Martin Walsh of Cowen's Symphony No.4, "The Welsh" (1884), just missing some occasional harp in the finale (which is a great movement). This means that all of Cowen's four extant symphonies are now available in one form or another. The Marco Polo No.3 is inadequate but I'm in talks with a conductor to re-record it together with No.4. No.5 has been given an excellent recording under John Andrews for EM Records and Douglas Bostock did an equally fine rendition of No.6 for ClassicO. I've converted the separate YouTube files into a single MP3... https://www.mediafire.com/file/1wq70cue0grn5ur/Cowen_-_Symphony_No.4%252C_The_Welsh_%25281884%2529.mp3/file
