I've tried on different computers in Firefox and Safari. Installed Chrome to see if it might work on a Chromium based browser. It doesn't expand to full size on any of them.
The original image is 1200 pixels width and I used the img width=450 in tags like I would on the old forum software to not break tables. On that software clicking on it would expand it to full size. When I click my image it makes it ~ 20 pixels larger. This is the same with all the pictures people are posting.
I can confirm it doesn't expand to full size. I think that might be by design of the forum software, but I don't know for sure.
Ah. I'd seen the picture get larger and assumed it was full size. I also suspect that it is a size limit imposed by the forum software.
