Title: Kyle here from Greensboro, NC!
Post by: KylePoehling on December 06, 2007, 12:41:38 PM
Hello all!

My name is Kyle Poehling and I live in Greensboro, NC. I work with a company called Notion Music. We're the makers of Notion Music Software and some other great programs...

I've been composing for nearly as long as I can remember. I'm a percussionist by trade (and degree!), but currently operate a recording studio as well as engineer and producer.

I look forward to participating here!

Hi Kyle--you may be the first here from Greensboro, I don't know.  What composers and/or eras of music do you enjoy?  Anyway, welcome.

I live about an hour north of you (Martinsville, VA), and I'm in Greensboro for chess tournaments all the time. Nice city, great for all types of southeast Asian restaurants and the classy Brazilian joint, Lobron. I've always found the music scene kinda disappointing, though. Never knew of any composers that lived there!
