Not sure how many people here sometimes use the free, stripped-down version of Finale called Finale NotePad, but I sometimes play around with it and was shocked to learn today that starting with Finale NotePad 2009 (due to be released any moment now) the program will no longer be free, and older versions (2008 and earlier) will be taken down from their site! :o :-\ :( :'( >:( >:( >:(
So, if you don't have Finale NotePad and think you might need it, download now, before it's too late! :o
