If you are listing CD's for sale, put as much information as you have, then after posting the thread, ask to be contacted via PM. Then, lock the thread so no one but you can post in it. This prevents getting into public disagreements over prices and such.
Don't argue with detractors, you can sell what you want and charge what you feel it's worth. If it doesn't sell then you know your valuation was too high. If it does sell, then you were right all along.
There have been many successful sales made here, I have bought a bunch of things myself. You just need to stick with it and try to put a good fair price and condition rating.
