Please correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's a storage limit for the free account. However, there is an upload limit per month.

And thanks for the tour. :)

You're welcome.  I'll have to check, but I think there's a limit of 200 pictures for the free accounts, unless they've changed it.  This new set of pictures took up almost all of the upload limit for the month.  Which made me angry because, after loading up the files (4000X3000 pixels each, meaning somewhere between 2.8MB and 4.5MB per image) Flickr only shows the downsized version (768X1024 or whatever it is), and doesn't allow the original huge size to be viewed.

I did however also upload the whole set to Photobucket where they can stay permanently, but this way people can see the new images without impinging on Photobucket's bandwidth limits.

Where it ought to belong! ;D

But will it be as funny out of context?  :D

We should add some text:

This is a picture of Harnoncourt after a performance of Haydn's Mass in Time of War, played by the Winnepeg Philharmonic and Royal Canadian Mounted Police Choir.

The picture was originally a reply to this post:

No, it won't... I was in two minds about quoting the original posts, but I thought they would take the attention away from sheer artistic creation that is Harnoncourt in a lumberjack's outfit. ;D

I added a sentence to my original post, hopefully clarifying things a bit.

Ray didn't say anything about attending it, did he?

If he did he probably wouldn't admit it.

Ok, thanks.   :)  I hardly even visit Haydn's Haus, so this should be interesting.  :D

That's an interesting one.
1) the background seems to be a photograph, but the foreground seems to be some sort of digitized CGI.
2) what exactly is being depicted?

I thought the opposite. :)

It turns out to be a Church in the middle of nowhere (in Greenland).

I suppose it can be considered legit.

Thank you to all of you.
The Greenland origin explains what threw me off--"oh, that looks rather medieval Norse.  Must be a computerized reconstruction."
