For what it's worth, when my wife got naturalized, we studied the hell out of this stuff.  In the interview, she was asked the colors of the flag.

That is so obscene and corrupt that I'm not surprised it was on fox news (the interview)! >:D

And Chris Dodd was the one who delivered the message.  Hilarious.  Now back to figuring out how to implement Dodd Frank.

Wait just a minute!  Does this article imply that Warren Buffett may not, in fact, be a populist billionaire?

At least he wants to pay more taxes on his new riches.  Or something like that.

I'm thinking Romney's guys should call Buffett's guys.

It's pretty weird -- or not -- how I involuntarily associate the emoticon in your signature with each of your posts and end up wondering what is there to laugh about certain statements you make or questions you ask. And then I realise. :-\

Why? ??? I mean, it wasn't disrupting my reading of your posts in any significant way. I just thought it was funny, again weirdly so (should have included more emoticons ;D). I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. :( Please bring back your acknowledgement of John's avatar-creating talent. :)

I'm not offended! :D  I just saw the point to what you said.  I would hate to look like a sarcastic, unfeeling jackass on say the Whitney Houston thread just because I didn't really think about the effect of my sig. :)
