Dvorak Violin Concerto 3rd mvmt - a musical quotation?

At about 4:00 in the third movement there is something which strikes me as a distinct Klezmer melody of sorts. As I am not an expert in Klezmer, therefore I kindly request possible identification of the aforementioned musical quotation.

what bars? you're not talking about the brief violin solo, are you?

Never mind me... I was thinking "Cello Concerto", anyway.

I suppose I am - I can't read music myself - I only listen. Here you can find this passage - especially the first 15 seconds of the clip:

It should be around 4:00 in most recordings. Sara Chang does not play it very Klezmer-like though. I have heard this melody used a lot in documentaries when they need to bring in a Jewish flavour so I was surprised (and delighted) to find it quoted here. However, I am not able to identify this melody more closely as to be able to name it. I thought perhaps someone more familiar with Klezmer music or with Dvorak's sources of inspiration could possibly help me.
