What is this piano piece?

I can't place this fairly familiar melody - Liszt? Scriabin? Chopin?

It's a beautiful thing - regardless of who dreamt it up!

Liszt: Liebestraum No. 1 in A flat.

I thought it sounded more like Liszt than anyone else and so it proved.

Apparently, it is the composer's arrangement of his lied "Hohe Liebe".
