Any Composer known for their 'guns'?

The healthiest I can think of, off the top of my heard, are Pijper (because of the photo of him on a motorbike) and Honegger(?).

Yea, Composers aren't really known for working out, haha,.... right Karl?

I'm sorry,...I couldn't resist! ;D

Irwin Bazelon looks pretty beefy.

I've converted over 500 Haydn disks to FLAC/MP3. I think he must rank right up there, at least in MY collection... :)

That is what I thought of as well! :D  It's either Haydn or Bach for me... and I should know I JUST RIPPED THEM!! ;D

I thought this thread was about the composer who gets insulted the most.

There's an anecdote where Handel, fed up with the capricious remonstrations of one of his prima donna, whom apparently had her own ideas on how to perform the music, actually lifted her from the ground and threatened her to throw her out the window if she didn't comply to his instructions. Apparently, she was quite corpulent too. Plus he didn't seem shy about using his sword. I don't know about ripped but he was no weakling, that's for sure.

I thought it was about the composer whose recordings are most frequently pirated.

I had no idea there could possibly be any misunderstanding. After all, I'm about the clearest writer on this Forum!

But he was an architect. I enjoyed The Fountainhead immensely; can't say the same for Atlas Shrugged. And it is Roark, if I recall correctly.

Yes, it's a great book, and I didn't find Atlas Shrugged far behind.

It was a decent vacation read for me, but the 30 page monologue by John Gault was very skimmable.

Define great. I found it to be one of the most dreadful reading experiences of my life. Atlas Shrugged i mean.

And I thought it was about the composer whose clothing is most torn to shreds.
