For rehearsal.  Likewise, Agon . . . there's a fine Naxos disc with the rehearsal version of these two great ballets played by Benjamin Frith & Peter Hill. You'll dig it, Gurn!

I've never been too happy with Stravinsky's piano duet version, perhaps because there  has always seemed to be too many opportunities missed but also because of discomfort  with aspects of the piano layout. Strangely enough, it may seem, Dag Achatz's solo version (it's on youtube) has rather more going for it.
