Mine, with huge doubts except for the 1st place, are:
1. Grosse Fuge: Final movement of Quartet op. 130.
2. 3rd movement of op. 109.
3. 2nd movement of op. 127.

As I've written before, many doubts for the choice: Other nominations are likely op. 111 Arietta, 3rd movement of op. 110, Ninth 2nd movement, the starting fuga of op. 131, Cavatina by op. 130 and 1st movement of the Fifth.

I'm not gonna play this game, since I can't limit myself to only 3. But I was reflecting recently that most of LvB's transcendent and otherworldly slow movements are found not in the orchestral music but in the quartets and sonatas. You've mentioned a few of them already; I can add the "Heiliger Dankgesang" from Op. 132, the slow movements of all 3 Razumovsky quartets, the Lento of Op. 135, and the slow movement of the "Hammerklavier."

Best slow movement:   Adagio of the piano Sonata opus 106

Best Scherzo:    String Quartet opus 59/1

Best Finale:     Piano Sonata opus 111
