Who is the composer?  And is it true that the melody comes from a video-game called Ragnarök?

And yes, very inventive variations!  And you play on a Steinway from the 1860's!  What a delight!

@Luke: Thanks a lot for your kind comments! I'm glad I was able to create something that moves others.

@Cato: I'm the composer/arranger for the piece, one of the themes is from the OST for Ragnarok indeed. The 1869 Steinway is one of my school's oldest keyboard instruments. It has a very responsive action, though it has obviously been restored many times since the construction of the instrument itself over 140 years ago. Thanks for listening!
