This type of technology is being blocked by big oil corporations. They will do anything to keep us dependent upon them.

Yes, it is!  The State of Ohio prosecuted a "water-car" inventor for fraud, since he went around taking money from clowns, schlemiels, and assorted suckers of various flavors.

Water does NOT burn!   ;D

Well, for those who are promoting the idea it is not a joke but a fraud.  I'm wondering if our fellow poster was making a joke.
