Those of you who participate in the classical forum might be aware of the existence of my web-site
cliveheathmusic.co.uk
on which you will find, as well as classical music, a  selection of Jazz tracks (some classic, some not) from the 20's and 30's restored from the original 78s. I hope this will be of interest to those who have not yet explored the many selections available. If you try nothing else, go for "Old Man Blues", the last track on Duke Ellington Collection 6 (Duke6).

Super job on the transcriptions! I skipped around and listened to a lot of favorites. Not only is the sound nice and clean, it's great  to be able to hear the bass notes, which I don't think were very loud to begin with and the first to deteriorate on those old 78's.
Men profess to be lovers of music, but for the most part they give no evidence in their opinions and lives that they have heard it.  ~ Henry David Thoreau
