Did this get much coverage in the US or any non-UK country?

My wife and mom-in-law watched yesterday (perhaps it was broadcast when I was either out of the house, or asleep).

It has; although I can't imagine why ...

I actually attended a Diamond Jubilee party here in Massachusetts. My brother-in-law is from England and he went all out to celebrate. From what his family in London reported, the weather there was just as rainy as it was at his home in Marblehead.

It got a great deal of coverage; considering all the hullabaloo, it wasn't visually stunning.

It would have been hard to be, in that weather.  But probably they were not out to be visually stunning, in these times of austerity.

I heard that the Queen's hubby is in the hospital with a bladder infection.  Guess he won't be grooving to Tom Jones.

Sadly, yes, here too. I feel sorry for Her Majesty.  ??? Tonight's 'concert', I mean. Other occasions appeared more pleasant.  :)

There were snippets on the news here in Chicago. Extensive coverage of the river flotilla on BBC America yesterday. I watched it on iPlayer though.

After protests at lack of coverage, the whole of the barging thing was broadcast here by the ABC. I watched a few minutes - it was stunningly tedious. I appreciate that the Brits may have enjoyed the patriotic sentiments.

Hollywood

Here in Austria I watched the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant on BBC World. I was quite impressed that the Queen and Prince Phillip (being 86 and 90 years old) literally kept on their feet the whole trip down the Thames. I would have taken a seat after about 20 minutes or so.

I must admit that nowadays whenever there is something on TV here about the royal family I make sure I check it out. Since I discovered that the Queen and I are cousins (I being the much poorer American cousin) I can't help myself wanting to know more about them.

That's interesting as my daughter is currently in Chennai.

Thank you all for the interesting replies. I live in a village and last night there were fireworks and a lighting of the Beacon - which I have to say I enjoyed.

Hm... does she really prefer this nearly-45-degree inferno to the English weather? :D

to escape from BBC and ITV this morning, I switched to an online French news channel BFM TV... and it turns out they have a live broadcast from Saint Paul's this morning... They were live at the Flotilla on Sunday too....

Mr Guillotin is not amused  ;D

It gets a lot of broadcast here too, also in prime-time news. Very docile and pleasant reports, like the bubbling amount of broadcast when Danish royalty is occupied with something very (un)important.

The Royal institution itself not discussed, she seems like a reasonably OK person though. I´m told that her favourite music is Big-Band jazz, not what I´d have expected  :) .

There was a lot of bad singing. The voices of the old boys, actually all of them showed wear. False notes, heights that could not be reached, especially Stevie Wonder and Paul mac Cartney, visuals that were boring. For many it was a punishment to watch, and I guess for most Royals too.

I agree, we had it on last night and it really was an abysmal concert. The between act banter was cringeworthy and the acts that I saw (Elton John onwards) couldn't sing. The voices were completely blown, Madness practically spoke their words, Elton John shouted his, and Stevie Wonder's voice was the aural equivalent of coarse-grained sandpaper. Macca tried to sing but he can't hold a tune anymore and I could have harmonised better than his backing group. Maybe the earlier stuff was better but I'm a little sad that this was the best that could have been done for the concert.
