I'll start with a request for a good American chamber work - any instrumentation is fine, preferably not dissonant, but no worries if it is.

Of the recorded CD releases Hand Rott, Symphony Number 1, there is brilliance in Segerstam with the Norrkoping Orchestra on the BIS label.  It is still be best released recording of this symphony imo.
