XB-70 Valkyrie

Aside from being one of my favorite pianists, I have always found him a very interesting character. I understand that he used to enjoy makiing up stories about himself. I have heard that he was a medical doctor, a race car driver, an inhabitant of an old castle (with the lights on all the time), etc. Many of the details about his life seem to remain opaque. Are there any reliable biographies, websites, or other sources of information?
