You were in a fight?! ???

Yeah, as I've mentioned before I used to be an amateur boxer, but even now I still train and spar. I had opportunity to spar with another retired boxer, however the guy was much younger than me and was still lighting fast.

"You overestimate my power of attraction," he told her. "No, I don't," she replied sharply, "and neither do you".

Hey, look at you. You look older than I imagined.
And is that an arm rest on your guitar?

Ah of course :D one of my old friends was into boxing, it was actually rather interesting to hear him talk about something which I would have otherwise assumed would bore me to death...... ::)

Got any examples of your playing online anywhere?

An arm rest on a classical guitar... Shows how little I know. ;D
I bought a classical guitar recently during a trip. It was as cheap as hell, but I made sure it intonates correctly all the way up the neck and also that it had a solid top. I'm teaching myself out of a book by a guy called Frederick Noad. It's interesting and fun.

At the MFA today.

You are a damn fine looking fellow, and will be even better looking with a bit more grey!

No, I thought that one would be too advanced for where I'm currently at. So I bought the first volume of the 'Solo Guitar Playing'.

Oh that's great.  I hope you have fun with it! 8)
Pumping Nylon has exercises which I've had to torture myself with for many years....
I should upload a video of me playing some things sometime soon!

Thanks.  :)
As far as the Pumping Nylon is concerned, time and patience will always work wonders.
And I'm sure that if/when you decide to upload some of your playing that lots of us will glad to hear it.

In an frantic bid to win a BBC SSO T shirt after Dausgaards first ever concert (Bruckner 9!) with them @ City Halls, Glasgow, I had to be tagged with their bag.  So I did this (dont know what happened to my lips!) and...did not win the damn T shirt.

None of that negative talk!   ;)

You look like the 29-year old down the street! 0:)

And Cato knows 29 year olds. He knew Bruckner when Bruckner was 29!

Previous posts have proven I look rather like Karl Henning. This one confirms said impression.
