Keep the beard.  It's the hat.  Your style is easily the fedora with a stingy brim my friend.

I agree.  The beard is fine as is.  The hat on the other hand makes you look like a fugitive from the 1970s.  Or possibly from the Australian Outback.  Perhaps you're the alter ego of our esteemed Dungeon Master?
I've got a small collection of fedoras,  ranging from straw boaters to a black felt hat fit for an Orthodox rabbi.   One was made by, of all companies, Adidas.

Listening to Elton's and Bernie's best effort?  Probably so.

Are you hiding a new goatee? Are you???
Do what I must do, and let what must happen happen.

As were the glasses that I am wearing.  Go figure. :)

Then we won't call it a comeback.

Great pic...and my favorite record store, very envious, George.

Very nice, poetic, George.

Bill, the beard stays! Just wants tidying. Granted, not my primo headwear.

No, I was actually singing. The acoustics in that room were awesome!

Yes, the best place on earth, IMO. I had to go, as Monday is my birthday.
