Martin Jones is a one man industry. I'm not sure how many composers whose complete piano works he's recorded, but likely there's at least one or two he's saved from oblivion. (In the case of Felix, I have Prosseda's set. But Felix is in no danger of oblivion.)

I have Weller's set of Prokofiev symphonies. Hopefully he's as good in this as he was there.

Weller's Mendelssohn is superb. And I love that Harnoncourt disc. Excellent choices!

William Schuman is one of my favorite composers.
Even though I like most his works, there are some I can not connect with, like his Tenth Symphony.
His dance scores for Judith and Night Journey are on my hit list.
This is the premier recording for The Witch Endor. Thumbs up for me. If one is a fan of Schuman, you got to get this one.

Rossini's Petite messe solennelle is a huge favourite of mine. This one is the piano and harmonium version.

Locatelli's L'Arte del violino consists of 12 concertos (on 3 discs).

Going back 3 decades ago, this performance was my pick for this symphony. It was issued on a Quintessence LP, so not this specific cover. It's never been reissued on CD. I ordered an LP to CD copy from a private retailer. Hopefully it will live up to those fond memories.

Your efforts across both posts to align your collection to mine (Mozart, Mendelssohn and Bach) can only be applauded.

Well if it sounds good, it is good  ;)

Took me a while to warm up to Suzuki but it hit the aural spot to cope with personal circumstances in the last few months. With now 8 partial or full cantatas cycles, all my moods are covered!!  :D

I'll make sure you align yours to mine (and @Traverso ) next month or later with Saint-Saens  :P

Didn't yet have anything by Saint-Saëns, so I ordered:

I find his music joyeous.
'The 'I' is not prior to the 'we'.' (Jean-Luc Nancy)

'... the cultivation of a longing for the absolute born of a desire for one another as different.' (Luce Irigaray)
