A Piece of Music that Shazam or Soundhound can't help me with

Hello there,

I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone could help me find out what piece of music this is. It's at the end of this show called Football's Greatest and its about the Great Argentinian Striker Gabriel Batistuta. The piece of music in question is right at the end of the show. It is clearest around 26:14 on the YouTube clip. Please help.

Hi. The piece at the end sounds more like it was composed for TV (or other media) specifically, rather than a famous classical work, like the one which opens the programme.
