Frankly, I consider you all somewhat as 'friends' because we all have at least this something basic in common that we all can go on to great length about. I have spent the same last five years having joined another society, and frankly I just don't seem to have much in common with them at all (though we're supposed to, but life is strange sometimes).

The fact is, I'd much rather like to 'hang' with people Believe as I do, but THAT Forum seems difficult to get in to, mm. Here is the first place I've ever just inflicted myself on so many people at once, and it's been a blast donchano- I'm sure I'd love to meet (just about) everyone I've come to be aquainted with (and that's what it's called- not 'friends', right?)- but still, I'm sure you wouldn't mistake me in person- I've been told I'm just a big a prick in real life! ("Oh, that must be snyprrr")

So, anyhow, because if I'm nice maybe it'll snow tomorrow evening, haha, - I was TOLD to be polite atchrissmuss- merry happy- if for nothing other than the days are getting longer and life goes on even if one is feeling sorry for oneself! MERRY HAPPY EVERYONE

JINGLE LINGLE INGLE!!

What's  an alcoholic's favorite chrissmuss tune?   Gin-gle Bells!

Thank you.

Personally, I've always found a place where everyone else Believes the same as me to be a very boring place indeed.  So I'm very glad GMG contains a whole variety of Believes--even Stockhausenism.

Well, I'm certainly friends with many people here, some others not so much, but I certainly don't come across the way I do on GMG as I do in real life. In real life, from what I've been told, I'm funny, considerate, and outgoing. All qualities that aren't apart of my online persona. :P

I'm sure you will have a white Christmas snyprrr; merry jingles to you as well.

I've met a few of you. Maybe I can meet a few more next year.

Anyone in Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne? Those are my next stops in Jan thru Feb.

I consider you all friends and family.  We may not always agree and have the odd spat, but that is normal amongst friends and family.  :D

Merry Mule Tide Greetings et al!  :)

Merry Christmas, snyprrr, and everybody else!

I'm pretty sure on-line personality is a more accurate reflection of an individual's real character. What we do when no one is looking is who we really are. When people post, under the relative anonymity of a message board, what they're afraid or hesitant to express to others face-to-face, their true nature is revealed.

Speak for yourself. I tell people what I think on GMG 24/7 and I do the same thing in real life. I'm not the kind of person that sugarcoats anything.

I don't sugarcoat either. What is the point of sugarcoating sugar? :P

All I can do is try and be honest with people and if they can't handle that, then there's nothing I can do about it. It's their problem at that point.

Forget the coating of sugar. Most people, from about age 5, start learning a filtration process . . . .
