Frederick Aston's Ballet Facade

Does anyone know if Ashton's Ballet Façade is available on DVD?

I've searched and searched and have just about given up...the Sarasota Ballet had a performance celebrating
Frederick Ashton and because of copyright issues there isn't a DVD of this performance.
