I've asked in a few places but no one seems to be able to ID this for me, I've asked in a few places where there are KOTH fans, hoping that there might be some documentation of the tracks used but I haven't found anything so far.

I'm sure this is an actual composition and not just music made for the episode, what on earth is it?!
