Charlie Christian, best transfers?

Being the obsessive compulsive completist that i am, i acquired the entire series of the Master Jazz recordings of Charlie Christian several years ago. Unsurprisingly, the sound quality is pretty horrid, and i'm now wondering if there may be better transfers out there. Not expecting miracles, but any improvement is better than nothing.

Not sure, but you might give the Sony four disc set a try, it was reissued recently for a pretty attractive price.

Also, the wonderful jam session with Pres was part of the Lester Young/Count Basie Mosaic box, which is OOP by now - I'm not an audiophile so I wouldn't really know, but most of the time, Mosaic does a fine job on these old recordings.
