at the beginning some muzak. The very short spot with the conductor at 0:38 or so is the beginning of the second movement of Beethoven's 9th symphony (maybe also familiar from Clockwork Orange).
Tout le malheur des hommes vient d'une seule chose, qui est de ne savoir pas demeurer en repos, dans une chambre.
